1. Payment policy

Payment: Customers pay immediately when purchasing goods at the company or after receiving goods from the delivery staff


2. Complaint handling policy

- Receive all complaints of customers related to the use of products and services of the company.

- In case of any warranty, you can contact us for warranty service.

- The time limit for resolution of complaints shall not exceed three (3) working days from the date of receipt of complaints from customers. In case of force majeure the two sides will negotiate themselves.


3. Shipping policy and delivery

Our company accepts shipments nationwide.

4. Guide to exchange and refund

In case of change / return

Product purchased but not satisfied

- The buyer can pay the goods when not satisfied within 24 hours of receiving goods, soundmax.com.vn will change products for guests. The product you want to exchange or pay to keep the whole product, unopened, unused. There are no stamps or damaged boxes. Not distorted, deformed.

Purchased product is defective - Out of date

Please check the product before payment. In case of damage during transportation, please refuse and return the product to us

The product can not be used immediately upon delivery

First, take the time to carefully read the manual and make sure the product fits your needs. Please contact us immediately for assistance return the goods

Products are not delivered correctly

You think the product delivered to you does not match the order? Please contact us as soon as possible, our system will check if your goods are wrongly sent. In that case, we will replace the item you requested (when available).

5. Conditions for returning goods

Terms of payment: within 01 day after receiving the goods and must contact us immediately call us at the above number to confirm the return of goods.

Condition for return of goods:

- The returned product must remain intact

- Warranty card (if any) and stamp of the company on the product intact.

- Replacement products must be full box, manual and unused.

- The cost of transportation, packing, collection money, communication costs maximum equivalent to 20% of the order value.

6. The return process

Step 1: After receiving the goods. Ask you to check carefully before receiving the goods. If there is a problem please contact the Customer Support Center at the time the delivery staff is still there.

- If after the delivery staff has gone - If you want to return the goods can contact us to be processed and appointment return date.

Step 2: After the customer support center announce the receipt of payment.
