I.GENERAL RULES
Every product with a genuine stamp SOUNDMAX is guaranteed for one year.

II.FREE OF CHARGE WARRANTY
1. Warranty time is defined as the date on seal stamps of warranty letter of agents, but not exceed 45 days from the date on Soundmax genuine stamps.
2. Seal stamps on products must be obvious, undamaged and unerased.
3. Products must be intact.
4. Follow rightly instructions in user manual.

III.WARRANTY WITH CHARGE FEE

A.Hereafter cases are not guaranteed but only repaired with fee charge

1. Products are out of warranty.
2. Not to follow instructions in the user manual (connect wrong electrode, wrong voltage, wrong signal cables…)
3. Set products in bad medium (wet air, absorbent, high temperature…)
4. Broken by insects bite
5. Broken by natural disasters as flood, thunder and lightning
6. Products are broken by falling down
7. Broken by related device as computers, DVD or VCD
8. Signs show that products are repaired or changed technique specification willingly.
9. Products are rusted, scatched or worn out by time.

B.Charging fee

- Fee will be charged depending on broken products in each case, but not exceed 20 percents of repaired product value.
- “Value of product” is the selling price at the time of repair.
