The 1st prize of “Fun with World Cup 2006” of SGGP Saturday Weekly Magazine: Luu Trong Liem had won.

In the morning 28/7, at the newspaper house of SGGP had taken place the awarding ceremony of “Fun with World Cup 2006” held by SGGP Saturday Weekly Magazine with a support of implementation the program from Idea Business Company and the sole sponsor from SoundMax Company.

31 Most favorite ICT products.

(NLĐ) - On July 12, in Ho Chi Minh City, PC World Vietnam had announced the results of voting “Most favorite Information Communication Technology Products (ICT) in 2006” and “BIT Cup - Best IT solution 2006”.

This was a prize for the best ICT products and services being provided in Vietnam which was voted annually by readers of PC World Vietnam.

Rock music Night was taken place at the lobby of Cultural Center District 1 on 29/3 was quite exciting with the open performance of 3 bands: WISH BAND, SAGO METAN, along with MTV and friends. With the cheap ticket price (VND 20,000), it had attracted nearly 1,000 audiences in which the majority was the youth who created a really excited atmosphere with the excitable sounds that was very characteristic for this music type.

Along with other art programs taken place periodically at the Theater of City (HCMC) such as: Symphony - Ballet program of Ho Chi Minh City Symphony - Ballet Theater in 9th  and 19th monthly), The Fall and ever (23rd monthly), Homeland picture (21st monthly) and South Air (4th monthly) by Art Performing Organization Ho Chi Minh City Company; Now, in this theater there will be additional program The Over-time Songs also being held by Art Performing Organization Ho Chi Minh City Company and sponsored by SOUNDMAX

One of the practical cultural activities for implementation NQTU 5 (course VIII) is to organize traditional music programs; perform revolutionary songs and sing folk songs; and the ethnic art festival.

However, those useful activities now are very difficult to find funding. No money means that we are not able to organize any colorful and high quality programs, except for a small number of cases being funding from the State’s budget.
