"Modern melodies" was a new playing field for youths who love music in the luxurious hall of the City Theater will start at 8:00 pm on 01/08/2007. This is a new program of the Organization Performing Art Company aimed to bring to viewers, especially young, lines of modern melodies, youth music and animated melodies with the performance of singers and bands were favorites (but still ensure the serious in the architecture space of Theater).

The first night of the program will be together of singers named "Ngoc" along with the guests were famous singers and bands. Besides of the program "The Songs over the time" (on every 15 monthly), "Concert weekend" (on every Sunday morning), this is the third time that SoundMax had participated in funding at the City Theater with the implementation of the Organization Performing Art Company - Department of Culture and Information Ho Chi Minh City.
