On 28/9/2008, a ceremony of giving ISO Gold Cup IV-2008 was held at My Dinh National Conference Center (Ha Noi) by the Ministry of Science and Technology collaborated with General Department of Quality Measurement. Attendants were Mr. Nguyen Duc Kien - Member of the Central Party, Deputy Chairman of National Assembly, Mr. Dang Ngoc Tung - Member of Central Party, Chairman of Viet Nam General Federation of Labor, Mr. Nguyen Quan - Vice Minister of Science and Technology, Mr. Cao Si Kiem - President of small and medium Enterprises Association.

Annual award was a motivation and encouragement timely for enterprise applied the advanced quality management systems according international standards on production and trading. This also contributed to economic development of the country, as well as the recognition of professional managers, specialists in technical standards and quality in the country.

135 units in commenting upon awarding was enterprises, business operation organizations that become effective on basis of the level of annual growth, good execution in the State's regulations on quality management, using of labor through levels of increasing income for workers.
