In the middle of the speaker is the button whose function is to switch between 2 modes: speaker and telephone. Basic buttons are also in the front side. To use the telephone function, you have to equip a micro (router’s anten alike) . SoundMax V-5 has small and streamlined middle part that allows for easy handling. When you use VoIP, SoundMax V-5 transmits the sound through outer speaker, but you can use headphone as well in case you don’t want your conversation to be heard.

Sound quality of SoundMax V-5 is moderately good, especially at high audio frequency, probably due to the metal speaker layer, however, at medium and low audio frequency, the sound quality is fair.
