In order to prepare student with basic knowledge to make the step into life, and help student better understand the nature of the problem "employer" and "employee" through which self-review and evaluation to have a real role in directing career later.

At 7:30 A.M., on 27/4/2008, at HCMC Student Cultural Club’s conference, No. 643 Dien Bien Phu St., had taken place for exchange program “Small Boss and Best Employer ". The program was organized by Human Resources Club - HCMC Student Cultural Club under the funding of SoundMax Company. Attending to program, students had opportunity to exchange with other business people representing those who were famous employers and employees now as:
- Mr. Huynh Minh Quan – Director of Nhan Viet Company
- Mr. Pham Minh – Director of Pham Minh Company
- Mr. Ho Huu Lan – Deputy General Director of Mai Linh Group

The program had attracted the attention of over 300 students from universities: Economic, Industrial, Pagoda, Foreign Trade, Van Hien, Banking, PR Economics, etc. During the meeting, they had given out very interesting and practical questions around issues such as: Does a boss need to have characteristics to do? Differences between employers and employees, the main factor deciding the success in job, how to be successful in recruiting?, and so on. On behalf of the Sponsors, Mr. Truong Duc Long – Deputy Director of SoundMax said: "Most of desires when SoundMax participated in funding for the meeting is to be provided students with very basic and practical knowledge, and it helped them have a direction for themselves on the way to establish the business."
